Live Wallpaper option not showing on iPhone 11 Pro Max

Hi, I have updated my new iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 13.1 beta 4. Restored the backup of old phone from iCloud.
I no longer see the option of setting Live wallpapers in Wallpaper settings.

Please help

Same here on iPhone 11... Reported it to Apple using Bug Reporter.
