Hi all,

I have an iPhone, bought in the UK, directly through O2 - and its great. I have convinced some of my friends to get one too... but they asked a question I didn't know the answer to:

If you buy an iPhone in the US (because its cheaper) and bring it back to the UK, when you plug it into iTunes, does it let you register with O2 or will it only work properly with a UK bought iPhone?

Thanks for any help/advice :)

no, and if anything is wrong with it your have to take it back to states, iphones are only serviced in the country they are bought (like most contract phones).
