iPhone Loading device ...

Hacktivated iPhone 4. It is not showing the springboard in iTunes but a grayed windows that says "Loading device ..." So I cannot to install apps via iTunes. Unable to backup it also.

Can transfer music and all of other media.
BTW can download the apps from AppStore via WiFi but it is annoying.

ideas?
