iPhone Loading Error

This picture shows you the trouble I am having. Every time I install or remove something it just stays at this screen and says loading for more than an hour. Please if you know how to fix this please tell me how.

I see you've been using Appcake which is a shady repo for cracked apps. If you've downloaded any cracked apps then remove them. Use ifile to remove all traces.

Also some have had issues with Zeppelin too.
