I've recently got NES 3 on my iphone and it works fine, but I've tried loading some roms on to it, but they don't appear in the list. All the guides I've read say you have to go to "/var/root/Media/ROMs/NES" and load the roms there. I did that by connecting to my phone with winscp. The only thing I'm not sure of was that I had to create the directory "ROMs/NES". SHouldn't that have already been there? I've played games on the app already so they have to be some where. Anyway, I've loaded like 10 games up and none of the show up on the list. Any ideas why that might happen? Thanks.

EDIT - Figured it out.

It was in "private/var/mobile/Media/ROMs/NES" I did a search to look for one of the preinstalled games that came with the app and they were in there.

Sorry. Hope this helps someone in the future.
