I have just upgraded my MobileMe storage space from the starting 20GB to 40GB. However, i am using iDisk sync so I have a local copy on my Macbook Pro which is only showing a capacity of 20GB. How do I change it to 40GB?

Looking at the MobileMe settings under Preferences shows that the iDisk is 40GB

Thanks for the help

I too, upgraded my storage capacity, yet the idisk on my Mac holds only 20 GB - why aren't they the same?

After talking to the MobileMe support guys for around 20mins the only solution was to turn off the local copy of the disk (after backing it up) and turning it back on again. Then waiting for the full iDisk to download and sync again which took a while. I seriously don't know why apple has not got a better solution for this! If I was you I would contact apple support about it who gave me detailed instructions as we went along to ensure no loss of data! The more then become aware of it the more likely a fix will be created!
