Locate lost iPad with iCloud?

Today I lost (forgot on a plane in Zurich) an iPad I used to test iOS5 beta 3 and iCloud. The find my iPad was set to iCloud and doesn't appear in my mobile me anymore. The iCloud login doesn't show any 'locate' option? How can I activate remote lock? Anyone? Thanks, Luc

Log into me.com with the apple ID you used to set iCloud up with.

Was it a 3G model? If not it'll not locate until theres a wi-fi connection.

I'd filled a report on the lost & found section of Swissair's website and yes they found my iPad. Coming back from Venice, again over Zurich I could get my iPad back today.
Thank you for your help and adequate replies:
- I did use a different e-mail to set up iCloud and my devices did show up on me.com with the correct iCloud address.
- It is a 3G model but I couldn't locate it since it didn't have WIFI connection and the 3G was blocked for dataroaming.
