Location-based apps like Yelp?

What apps do you guys recommend that are similar to Yelp. I haven't downloaded it, but it seems it could be useful for finding things in a pinch. Is there anything similar that might be better that I should download?

my favorite location based app is Vicinity. I dont know how to make an itunes link but just search it's worth it.
