location based reminders

How do you get location based reminders to work?

When I create a reminder I can only choose by date and time and not by location... I have turned on iCloud and to sync reminders with iCloud and so on..



edit: just saw it's only available on iPhone 4 and 4s... wow that's pretty lame... Why?!
