iPad Pro Location Not Found

Very frustrated at the moment.
Just got the new ipad pro 12.9. After set up none of my apps can find my location. FindMy can find me but nothing else, not Maps or GMaps or any weather app. This is a wifi ipad. Tried multiple wifi spots. Old ipad had no problem. I restored my ipad and still did nothing. Help is appreciated.

Obvious question, but Location Services turned on under Privacy?

Is your iPad Pro on the latest version of iPadOS?

yes, latest version. apple support had me wipe and restore everything. Did not help. No Location Found.

Yes.

Another user with a new Pro posted here a few months ago with the same location not found issue. As I remember after contacting Apple and going through quite a bit of troubleshooting, Apple replaced it.

Apple Tech did a remote diagnostics. He said, "Yup, it's a bad one. Gotta send it back." It took me a month to receive it and defective out of the box.
