Location now under restrictions?

So somehow my restrictions got changed so I could not listen to explicit podcasts anymore. Grrrr. Hate when that changes for no reason. Anyway I went in and saw that location is now listed there as well. When did that happen?

Been like that since iOS 8 if I understand what you said.

Locations are not listed under restrictions but under Privacy. That's different.

As far as I remember, that option was there from way back.

The location settings under Restrictions allows you to restrict other people from changing your location preference under Privacy when the option is set to 'Don't Allow Changes'.
