Location Services and AccuWeather not working

Yesterday I notices that google maps won't show my location. I though thath it something about my router so I checked everything and it was ok. Since than I tried several times but still can't show my location. Today I installed AccuWeather app and upon start it asked me to allow positioning but again it couldn't find me.

iPad is JB and the google maps were working nice before this issue.

Anyone can help?
