I recently bought a new MacBook Pro M3 Pro (late 2023), the American version, but I'm in Europe (not sure if it matters, but I'll point it out just in case) and found that location services doesn't work.Im using a macOS 15, latest update. I know that there is no GPS in the mac. It's connected to WiFi, Bluetooth is on, all the settings related to location are turned on. But in none of the apps can it see its own location (weather, Apple Maps, google maps in safari, telegram). The only thing it can do is correctly determine the time zone, and not at first, it initially showed Cupertino. And in Find My, laptops position is displayed correctly for some reason, although if you go to app directly from the Mac to the people tab in Find My, it again does not see itself. VPN is turned off. I changed all the settings a bunch of times, restarted the computer, changed time zones and regions, connected to the Internet from my iPhone hotspot - to no avail. I talked to Apple technical support - no results either. The built-in diagnostics of macOS shows nothing. It displays the ADP000 code. I also tried to create another user, start through safe mode - it doesn't change anything. I did a factory reset through the settings, formatted the ssd and reinstalled the Mac OS (to a macOS 14) - it doesn't help (I didn't restore any settings, didn't load a backup, I set everything up again manually. the iPhone 12, which is in close proximity to the laptop and connected to the same Wi-Fi, determines the location normally. The absurdity of the situation is added by the fact that my friend bought exactly the same laptop (but in a different color :) ) from the same store, and everything works perfectly out of the box (he lives in the same city, five kilometers from me). If you have any ideas what to do, please let me know. The laptop works perfectly, but this minor nuance is very annoying.
PLS don't suggest to check a privacy settings. I did it billion times already, disabled and enabled everything..

Try connecting your MBP to your phone's hot spot over cellular or use a public Wi-Fi hot spot to rule out issue with your Wi-Fi router and local network.
