Pretty much nothing is essential really, and quite a few of them don't really even do anything for you and are there more to send some data to help Apple basically, so it's really basically just what you might need or want. I've had pretty much all disabled for a long time aside from Find My iPhone (as that is what I want to make sure is enabled on my phone).

just popular near me, routing & traffic, & wifi networking. i would say freq locations & diag & usage too but u have those off already.

for wifi networking i think its just the collection & location of mac addresses of detected wifi networks thats sent to apple to "help" wifi based location. disabling it wont affect ur ability to locate by wifi proximity though

You can just turn them off (short of perhaps Find My iPhone) and see if anything you normally do is affected or different in any way. If it's not, then you know you don't need it.

I think Apple has a limited description of some of them on their support site, but it doesn't cover them all or in that much detail as I recall.
