If it were possible, telling you would be against the rules.
If you are talking about not being able to turn off "Find My phone" because you don't know the password for the Apple ID used, you are out of luck. Unless you have the original physical receipt in hand, (as being the original owner) Apple will not help you.

But removing the activation lock isn't really a thing unless you have the password
Like i said, if you can prove ownership to Apple, (valid license, cc, picture ID and physical receipt showing you purchased the device), they will help you.
You need to take documents to your local Apple store.
