iPhone Lock screen notifications flush with status bar (file included)

So this is something I'm guessing some people will want. It will push your notifications up to the top flush with the status bar.

Example...

Download the file, unzip and put the .theme folder in Var/Stash/Themes then apply above your lock screen theme in Winterboard.
