Resolved Lock Screen Notifications question

For context, I am considering upgrading to the new SE from my 6, which runs iOS 12. Having tried the iPhone 11, w/ iOS 13, I noticed this problem. Is there a way to look at "rich" notifications on the lock screen without unlocking the device? I don't want to see "new email" or "new reminder," I want to see what it says. Is there a way to disable this?

Are you saying you want your notifications to be readable on lock screen without using touchid?
