Hi,
I don’t know if this was introduced in Sonoma 14.3, but on the Lock Screen settings, I noticed that there is a setting called Show User Name and Photo. I enabled it and after a shutdown or reboot the login window (FileVault window) just asks for a password which I find it to be a very great feature for privacy reasons who don’t really want to reveal their names especially in public places.
Here’s a screen capture on how it looks.
Did Apple added this feature for users who don’t want to reveal their username for privacy reasons?
