Maybe is the usual behavior but it's the first time I use s Touch ID device

For me is a weird situation

Before I get a iPhone 5S when I take a long call my terminal doesn't lock, only turn off the screen. Then when finish I move down terminal and hang off the call

The way this works with my iPhone 5S is that when I finish the call Ana I move down the iPhone I find the lock screen and I'm not able to hand off until I unlock with my finger in Touch ID

That's disappointing to me because it take more time find a way to hand off quick but worst is with the car hands free. Instead of turning on the screen and appear the button to finish the call I need to unlock the screen with the finger previously.

It a insecure situation, even with the car wheel button I not able to hand off, I need to wait that my interlocutor hand off or unlock and the hand off

Is it the normal way that iPhone manage that when Touch ID is enable?

my iPhone 6 does not lock during a phone call. doesn't seem normal to me

if it's locking during speakerphone then you can just swipe on the screen to see the usual buttons. you don't need to unlock with Touch ID
