iPhone Lockinfo 5 and Disabling Popups

Hi forum,

I have my iPhone 4s running ios 6.2 and is jailbroken. I want to disable message pop ups but I want the screen to light up to let me know that I got a message.

Any ideas what combination I have to do to get this to work?
