My observations on LockInfo7 Beta (currently v7.0.1-582+debug):

To get something similar to the iOS 6 version of LockInfo, you have to turn everything off in Settings>Notification Center>TODAY VIEW:

To get Weather permanently under the lockscreen clock and showing all the time you have to put it at the top of your Notifications "INCLUDE" list and turn off "Show Section Header" for it.

LI7 implements additional Calendar and Reminders sections.

Currently, the Calendar list is just a 5 or 6 hour look-ahead. Hopefully, this will change to a certain number of upcoming events with no limit on how far out they are.

It's a first beta release so it's a bit flakey.

so far, I haven't been able to really get it to look like the 'old' LI

The first screen when my phone comes on looks like this

LIScreen1.png

I get the small icons in the top right (nothing happens when you click them or anything though). No weather, just an annoying message about weather being provided by Yahoo.

Swipe left and I get

sections, sometimes collapsible, sometimes not. Weather, but then further down the page the message again.

going to play around with some settings and see what I can do. It's a beta so I am expecting a few issues, but can't wait to get this working the way the old one used to

----------

oh..sorry...turn off Today View in settings, that's better

getting there slowly

mine is starting to look like that however I have a huge gap between the collapsed items and the calendar that I can't seem to get rid of

----------

hmm...seems the only way is to have the calendar at the top (under weather)..and it expands to show the next 6 hours or so...I would prefer it just showed the appointment and time, but I'm ok with it as is

----------

also, I get no count for calendar appointments

I've asked the developer if he's going to be able to make a calendar section with future events listed (as it was in prior LI versions). No response yet.

I've ran into an issue with 7.1 beta 3 and apparently Crash Reporter requires "syslogd." Which might not be an issue, but it seems now Cydia returns this when I attempt an install.
(Attached below)
Is there a chance anyone understands how to fix the error and/or by some miracle retrieve error logs another way outside Crash Reporter? >_<
I'm sorry 7.1 beta 3 is such a pain in the bum.

David Ashman responded to this question with "No idea yet."

The last update to the beta (7.0.1-696+debug) looks like this for me:

hard to do a reboot (not a respring) to get the calendar, but it's not working correctly yet

I've set both Day View and Calendar to display on lockscreen, I have appointments, but I only get the day view to show and it's empty

Also, I can't be sure yet but the latest version seems to be interrupting email notifications going to my pebble watch. Need to do a bit of testing in case it isn't related but it was working fine until I installed the update.

hmmm...uninstalled LI..notifications came back...re-installed, notifications are still working.

maybe related, maybe not

Is there a way to get rid of calendar, mail and reminders and only keep messages plus getting rid of that shadow?

What shows up on the lockscreen is supposed to be determined by the notification settings.

I don't know what you mean by "shadow". Do you mean the darker header area?

The latest version (v7.0.1-721+debug) brings back the weather the way it was on my Apr 11, 2014 05:15 PM post.

How did you get your clock like that? I tried using LI7 with SubtleLock but it doesn't play nice. It hides all my notifications.

How did you move your clock there and what tweak is that for the weather widget?

My clock isn't there anymore. It's above the weather as shown in my first picture. That's just the way it ended up after installing that particular beta.

The Weather widget is in Notification settings. Should be there for everyone.
