Lockscreen Phishing Attempt??

Does anyone know why this keyboard shows up at the lockscreen?? Is that a phishing attempt?

No it's just a bug. I haven't encountered it for awhile though.

I’ve seen that keyboard as a bug before. It actually looks cool, lol.
