iPhone Lockscreen tweak question

Does anyone know of a tweak that does this.


Say I get 4 text messages from Susan and 3 from Sally.

My phone would say

Susan(4)
Sally(3)

Then tapping Susan would display the messages?

Hopefully it works with forecast.??

I had to delete Priority hub as it kept putting me into safe mode at least twic a day.
