Lockscreen Weather?

So I saw this photo on TwelveSouth's site and was wondering how in the heck can I get the weather and time on my lock-screen like this?

Lockscreen Weather?

Looks like an app, not a lockscreen..

Have it on my lock-screen with a mere swipe down of the Notification Center and the Yahoo Weather widget.

Have to agree, this doesn't look like lockscreen at all. There are probably lockscreen apps that have that feature. Try those - Weather Lock Screen, Lock Info.
