Logic board for a MacPro

Hey all I just came across 2 used MacPro cases a local shop said the dead and was willing to sell them to me a couple of questions here what logic boards will fit Im not sure if the cases are for a 1.1 2.1 3.1 ect or are the boards desgined for the model of case,what do i need to look for ect
