Logic Board or Power Supply?

I have a First Generation Intel iMac (White) that when I power it on the power indicator light turns on solid and thats it. CDROM will not accept a CD, acts like there is no power to it. Tried to boot to Target mode, can't get far enough to reset PRAM. Reset SMC. Any ideas?

Usually it's the logic board but impossible to say for sure.

i have the same problem, all i do is receptively reboot it. only took 14 this morning, took 32 yesterday.. might take it to the apple store sharpish.

i just tried that SMC reset, and it only took 2 restarts, is that coincidence or the SMC reset doing it?
