I have a iMac Catalina 10.15.7 I want to syncronize it with my other iMac running Ventura 13.1.6.
Loging on to Catalina seems ok. No error messages, just seemed like a successful login! But login is not saved, both login windows is blank. Tried some times, just the same. Can not log in!
Any idea how to remedy this?

Thought I found a solution. Reinstalling Catalina. So I did. But very strange, when log in to Music, I thought problem had gone. But no, still unable to log i. Login still not saved. Thought something may be went wrong during installation.
So I started over with reinstalling. Still working.
Getting back to you!

Reinstalling second time done. Same problem.
Looking in taskbar, there are still entries "Terminal" and "CleanMyMac". On desktop, folder "Recent files" has entries "CleanMyMacX.dmg" and"googlechrome.dmg" Thought that after reinstalling this folder and these entries should not appear?
Feel I have run out of options. How to remedy this?

Confusing. Normally you login to your mac with the username/password fields, unless you have specified automatic login in settings. What are "both login windows"?

You start the music app and it runs and there is no login window. The music account login account is set in music settings.

Screen shots if possible would be helpful.

From the screenshot you see that i am now logged in!

The password is from file, and works on other units. It is just the login for Music that fails. Made new password, problem solved! No idea why this happened, but it seems ok now! Thanks for your help.
