I was thinking of getting a BT mouse and while checking out a Mighty Mouse, I didn't see a way to configure one of the buttons to be a "back" button in a browser. Could someone with a Logitech BT mouse confirm if I would be able to do that or not?

i havent tried it on my macbook, but i have a logitech vx mouse. i noticed when i installed the software program (only needed if u want to configure) on my XPS desktop, the speed of the computer slowed down noticeably. maybe if u max out the ram u might have better luck , just be forewarned that u might not use the config because of the amount of juice the software uses.
