Hello All. I have a 2019 mac pro and I'm using a logitech mx master 3s as my mouse. I have two thunderbolt monitors. when I wake it from sleep either when I wiggle the mouse or hit any key on the keyboard many times it wakes just fine but then sometimes I'll will go through many wake times the mouse pointer is frozen. Have any of you had a similar problem?

How is it hooked up? Do you use BT or the Logitech Unifying Receiver? I have used Logitech mouses (mice?) for years. Currently I use the MX Master 3 for my NcMP 7,1 and the MX Master 2 for my M2 MBA. For the Mac Pro, I use the Unifying Receiver taped to the underside of my mouse pad holder. Years ago, I had problems similar to yours and solved them that way. On the MBA, I use BT and have not experienced any issues. I am on OS 15.3.1.

It is hooked up using the Logitech Unifying Receiver. I was just thinking maybe I should have bought the bluetooth one. I have the receiver plugged into the usb on the back of the display..

^^^^All of the MX Master mouse models will operate with BT or the Unifying Receiver. You may want to try BT and see if it's better. As I said, I have my Unifying Receiver plugged into a cord, then taped to the underside of my mouse pad holder, so it's right under the mouse, and I have no issues.

I wasn't aware it was also BT. When I wrote that I meant the mac ver. I bought this one because I figured I could use it with anything.

I have two of these mice and use them with normal bluetooth on the 7,1, also did same with 5,1.

The only time I get annoyance with them is when swapping the 7,1 over to Windows (have to switch it over to the 2nd setting).
