I have the Logitech MX Master Wireless Mouse and K750 Wireless Solar Keyboard. Both about 4 years old. They have always worked flawlessly with my mid 2010 27" iMac, but both are being intermittently unresponsive when paired with my M1 MacBook Pro 16GB/1TB using the unifying receiver through my CalDigit TS3 Plus.

Any suggestions? It's very frustrating. Even typing out this post took much longer than it should have since both go in and out constantly.

Thanks in advance!

I had the sane issue with Logitech MX Keys keyboard and MX Master 3 with Logitech unifying receiver plugged into my Caldigit TS3+ dock. Plugged it into a free USB-A port in my display and no more interference. You could also try using a USB extender cable to reduce the interference.

Have the same issue also, seems to be interference related. I connected the receiver to a usb extension and positioned it further away from ts3 and everything is working fine.

The same worked for me too. The USB-A port on my LG monitor worked, btw I am using USB-C to connect Mac mini to the LG 4k monitor.

Thanks everyone. Tried moving the unifying receiver to a USB-A port on the back of my LG 34BK95U-W, but that only made it worse. I guess I'll pick up a USB extension cable and see if that helps.

Edit: found an old promotional USB hub wire thing and it seems to be working for now. Thanks everyone!!!
