Logitech MX Mechanical Tactile Quiet vs. Linear

I'm trying to decide between the Tactile Quiet and Linear switches on the Logitech MX Mechanical keyboard. About half-way down the page, you can click on buttons to hear the noise the keys make.

I'm actually finding the noise of the Linear switches to be more quiet than the Tactile Quiet. Am I not hearing this correctly? I've tried the Tactile Quiet at Best Buy but I wonder what Linear feels like. Has anyone tried both? Is Linear quieter?

My favorite keyboard of all time is the Logitech K740 but, unfortunately, it's been discontinued.

I have the tactile and its quite nice. youd have to test them yourself. Maybe go to Best Buy to try it out.
