Hi all

Currently having scrolling issues with Logitech mouses on my MBP (Early 2015) and looking for some advice. Contacted both Apple and Logitech to no avail.

In short, when scrolling away on the physical mouse, there is barely any scroll on-screen (an inch). Sometimes, there is no movement at all. So much so, I now use the scroll bar as a contingency.

These problems began with the M185, so I replaced this with the M590. For the first 1-2 hours, scrolling was perfect with the M590. However, its back to its old tricks again.

I'm running Logi Options, which is enabled in System Preferences, under accessibility. This was removed and added again but to no avail.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cheers.

I suspect interference with the bluetooth signal to to/from the mouse. The interference can be from attached devices (USB3 drives/hubs) and WiFi (2.4G frequency. Try disconnecting all USB 3 drives and turning off WiFi to see if it helps. If the problem goes away, then try adding back items one at a time to see which might be causing interference.

Are you using the Logitech USB dongle? If not, that might help.
