Damn I have the vs nano logitech mouse with their software but after like 10 min the mouse freezes and i can only move the mouse but the dock is frozen and hot corners dont work etc until i disconnect and reconnect. any help? Thanks

Are you using the software to access some special features of the mouse? If you are just using the mouse for scrolling, and basic navigation, I would suggest not installing/uninstalling the software, and just using the mouse as a plug and play device.

Try this and see if it makes a difference.

Also, are you trying this on Tiger or Leopard?

Im using the software so i can use the search button, back and forward, etc.

im using leopard but i used a few days on tiger and it did the same thing.

I don't know that particular mouse, but most Logitech mice work quite happily without Logitech's drivers (which is just as well as Logitech's drivers barely work at all in my experience).

Try uninstalling the drivers and setting up the mouse via the usual OS X utilities. Might sort it...

Buttons on my mouse stopped working after updating to Leopard. I reinstalled the LCC and all is well.

If you really want to use Logitech's software, make sure you have the latest version. I believe the latest was released in april 07? Also check to see if Unsanity's Application Enhancer is intact. LCC installs it behind your back and is required for LCC to work properly.

oh and dont forget, pretty much all of Unsanity's apps are incompatible with Leopard (last time i checked).
