Long-pressing period and comma not working?

Have always long-pressed the period button on the keyboard to get quotation marks while long-pressing the comma button would bring up a single quote. Now neither one of them working under iOS9.1.

Anyone else?

Working fine for me on my iPad Air running 9.1, try restarting your device.

When I hold the period the choices that pop up are the period and the ellipsis. For the comma the choice is simply the comma. iPhone 6S+, iOS 9.1.

Correction - when you long-press the period or comma the quotation mark and single quote do pop up but you have to slide your finger to select them. Before, all you had to do was long-press the key and it would pop the quotation mark right in there.

As in it would change the button itself? I've always only seen the alternatives pop up as selections that you slide over to (at least with the native iOS keyboard on an iPhone).

Long pressing the period brings up the ellipsis for me and the comma does nothing
