mine lookd similar to that...it started with jst a small dent than i bought a second battery and didnt use the damaged one much...after taking it out it started to get worse until it got like that, and than i just threw it away...iThink my bag was dropped a little hard on the ground which made the small dent...funny thing was up until the battery packs got out, it still worked.
