Lookin' for a PC..... ?

I've decided that I want to play some games (and some software), and this eMac ain't cuttin' it. More specifically I just want a PC to play games like The Sims 2 and run software like AutoCAD, and Inventor. I've stopped lookin' at PC specs after I got my Mac, and I'm confused now. Can someone give me some suggestions. I don't want to spend that much. If it's too much I'm not goin' to even look into it.

Yea I know. From readin reviews online. I don't think the Sims is goin' to run on my Mac.

I would, but it's a hassle and I don't have that much extra money. And plus I wanna run AutoDesk Software.
