Looking at messages for a particular day and particular person

I have messages for the past year on my iPhone and Mac. Is there a way to look at messages on a particular day from a particular person. Utopia would be like a calendar and I'd click on a day and there would be the list of people I texted that day. Clicking on a person would present the messages with time stamps.

Does such an app exist?

Thank you. The search terms "kind:message" appears to be for mail messages. I can't find what "kind" is for text messaegs (iMessages). The Messages search does not appear to have any knowledge of dates. And so far, trying to use "Spotlight" hasn't worked.
