Looking for 27'' monitor with 2560 x 1440 500$ or less for Mac Mini i5 2.5Ghz

Hello,

I recently bought Mac Mini 2.5Gh 4GB 2011.
Now after reading several threads on display, I do see most of them talk about U2711 or ACD's which ranges more than 900$ with 2560x1440 resolution.

I am not into Gaming/Graphics design. But I do like to have good monitor for to edit my home made movies of Blue Ray 1080p quality, and also watch some movies (blue ray).

Now I am looking for a budget 27'' display with high resolution.
I have looked at VE278Q,not impressed with it. Wish U2410 were in 27inch for the same price ?..

you can pick up either an apple thunderbolt display refurbished for 850. thats the cheapest ive seen a 27 with that resolution. to my knowledge even the dell ips 27 inch monitors that are that resolution are 900 dollars.
