Looking for a 4.3" Android

As the topic states, I'm looking for a 4.3" Android to use on T-Mobile or AT&T. I really like the Verizon RAZR M (could be flashed/unlocked to work on T-Mobile, but the HSPA+ hasn't been figured out yet).

Are there any other suggestions? Hoping for the device to be at least on 4.0.

Check out the Xperia V and the HTC One S.

I co sign the one s.

Only problem with it is no memory card and can't remove the battery to swap when it dies.

The best phones always had those video simply elementary things

I got the One S as a spare phone and it's a great device. The performance on the phone is top notch and is on par with the best out there. The build quality and camera is also top notch. Phone is very thin as well. It's definitely the best 4.3 inch phone on T-Mobile. The phone is pentaband so it works with AT&T 3G after unlocking.
