looking for a app to do a multi-output audio device with custom delay

Hello
as the title says i'm looking for a app to do a multi-output audio, i remember there being one but can't remember what it was.
basically i want to sync by internal speakers with a sound bar connected to the mac via hdmi but even with drift correction the ones you can make in midi devices is not synced.
