Looking for a bigger hard drive for a Trashcan Mac Pro 6.1 (Late 2013)

I'm looking to upgrade to 1TB from 250GB drive. Which Hard drive would you recommend?

SSD or regular HDD? If you're going to take the time to upgrade your hard drive I'd recommend an SSD.

In my experience, Western Digital and SanDisk are both great SSDs, but people have varying thoughts.
