Looking for a cartoonist to create videoclip

Hi,

I want to create a new videoclip for a song, I just finished working on.
It should be in the style of a simple, basic cartoon drawing.

Because I have a limited budget I was thinking about someone who is studying cartoon drawing/ graphics etc.
I have a storyboard available but of course one's own ideas are welcome.
The final product should be a high quality videoclip containing the music and cartoon.

No, i probably can not afford to hire someone on a professional basis; that's what I wanted to make clear and why I thought about someone studying (cartoon) design.
But you certainly will receive a compensation for your work.
