iOS Looking for a Developer - where to look?

My business partner and I are looking for a developer for a few iPhone/iPad apps. Obviously there are tons of devs here in the forum, but I guess I'm not sure the best approach to finding a good developer we can partner with? Forums? Which ones? Craigslist? Not much luck there. For what it's worth, we're looking for someone in the midwest, preferably as close to Cedar Rapids, Iowa as possible.

Any help appreciated!

I'm not. I'm asking developers where the best places to request development are based on their experience. There are hundreds of forums to sift through, which is why I'm asking.
