- Siberian Strike 0.99 *
- World Cup Ping-Pong 0.99 *

For utilities/productivity apps:

I have Things, but you said it's too expensive. Try TapTodo, which is free today. Same idea. Meanwhile, "Shopper" is currently listed at 0.99.

Apps I have bought:

Productivity/Utitilities

Appsniper * (tracks apps that go on sale) - Don't really want this
TapToDo (task manager, like the above poster said, it's free for a limited time)
Spend * (Budget manager, makes sure I don't spend to much on apps;)) - Using the lite version, i think it's good enough already!
Air Sharing Pro * (PDF and other file reader, and wireless transfer files from mac/pc to your iphone) - Got this yesterday
Twitterrific Premium * (Twitter client) - Don't use Twitter
BeejiveIM (IM chat) - Price is very very very steep ($14.99!)
TimeTable (class schedule) - My school timetable is more/less fixed. wont want to spend 0.99 on this

Games:

Pocket God * - Got this already

The rest I've not seen before. But don't think will consider monkey ball, since I'm not used to the accelerometer that controls the monkey. Played the lite version, monkey kept going zig-zag. :(
Bejeweled 2 *
Touchgrind
Spore Origins
Tetris
Monkey Ball
Crash Kart
Dr. Awesome *
Enigmo

I recommend *
