OS X Looking for a Final Fantasy 1 type for Mac while i wait for Marvel Heroes

Anyone recommend a random encounter, top-down or isometric style like game for OS X 10.8 like a Final Fantasy or Phantasy Star 4 (was my favorite with the combining spells)

Do you have an iOS device? SquareEnix has released I think the first 6 Final Fantasy games for iOS. I recently bought FFIV, and it's a riot playing again.

Shadownrun is an isometric game. It's a short game, but it's cheap and for me it was pretty much bug free with no issues at all.

Dragon Age Origins is not a true isometric, but it can be played in the same top down view and its a good 50-100 hour long game.
