Looking for a good server monitoring app

Hi guys. I am looking for a good server monitoring app for my xserves and RAIDs. I want something that can monitor network performance, RAM, CPU, and HDD, usage, etc from one central machine. Basically most anything that can be monitored. There are many servers that have to be monitored so something simple would be nice. Also, free would be good too. I have already tried Lithium and don't like it, but something that does a similar task is what I need. All servers are running Intels and 10.5.3, except the Apple RAIDs of course. Thanks!
