Looking for a photo editing app that does Levels

Googled and it seems like developers are focusing on cropping/white balance/Instagram like effects.

Just wondering if there are apps that let's you manually adjust levels?

I haven't noticed anything with levels, but Snapseed does offer a fair number of Adjustments. And if you actually have iPhoto on your device, have you checked that?

Yep I've looked into snapseed but don't think it has levels, brightness and contrast control can't really replace it

And nope i dont have iphoto, if it does have levels tho I'd buy it in a heart beat
