Looking for a special App ... Any ideas

Hi Everybody-

I have a dry cleaning service and my drivers deliver clothing with tickets attached that have bar codes.

Is there an app out there that would scan (take a picture) of a bar code and convert that to digits to record the deliveries (like Fedex or UPS).
