iPhone Looking for a status bar tweak

I'm on iOS 8.1 jail broken (obviously) and I'm looking for/requesting a tweak that forces the dark text in the lock screen and springboard. I have a wallpaper that I do not want any brighter but it would look great with the dark text

Can anybody help me out.
