I am looking for a tweak that allows me set profiles that restrict or allows apps to use data.

For example I can set a normal profile when I am at in country where everything goes. And when j am overseas roaming and on limited data, I want to be able to restrict what apps have access to data, because iPhone might do some data stuff in the background for example

Thanks guys

Albeit - its not profiles but cellular data control for apps is built into iOS. Settings -> Cellular You can block data when roaming or go to cellular data and choose which apps can/cant use cellular data...
